Meet Veronica Fuentes – Qualified Court Interpreter | Immigration & Legal Specialist

Veronica Fuentes is a compassionate and highly capable interpreter who brings both professional excellence and personal empathy to every assignment. Born in Mexico, Veronica moved to the United States to complete her high school education, where she quickly adapted and built a foundation in bilingual communication that now serves her and her clients every day.

As the daughter of immigrants, Veronica has a deep, personal understanding of the immigrant experience. She connects with clients on a human level and ensures their voices are accurately and respectfully represented—especially during high-stakes legal and immigration proceedings.

In 2024, Veronica served as a local immigration interpreter for EOIR through SOS International, and she now holds credentials as a Qualified Interpreter for the Virginia State Courts. Her interpreting experience spans immigration, legal, and community settings where precision, discretion, and cultural sensitivity are paramount.

Veronica’s professionalism is matched only by her resilience and grace. As a single mother of five children under the age of 18, she is a master multi-tasker with the patience of a saint—qualities that serve her well both at home and in her interpreting work. Her clients and colleagues alike appreciate her calm demeanor, reliability, and unwavering dedication to quality.

At Formaley Translations, Veronica plays an essential role in delivering accessible, accurate, and human-centered interpretation services across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
