π What’s the difference between interpreting and translating?
Interpreting involves converting spoken language in real time, usually during meetings, interviews, conferences, or legal proceedings. Translating refers to converting written text from one language into another while preserving meaning, tone, and accuracy. Both require different skill sets and tools.
βΈ»
π What are the modes of interpreting?
We offer both consecutive and simultaneous interpreting:
-
- Consecutive interpreting: means the speaker pauses to allow the interpreter to relay the message.
- Simultaneous interpreting: happens in real time without pauses, ideal for courtrooms or large meetings.
βΈ»
π Can you interpret for my USCIS interview?
Yes. We provide in-person interpretation for USCIS interviews across multiple states. Our interpreters are experienced in navigating immigration processes and are trained to preserve the tone, accuracy, and intent of your responses without offering legal advice.
βΈ»
π What is form-filling and how does it work?
Form-filling refers to assisting clients in accurately completing immigration, legal, school, or medical forms. Clients must provide their responses in Spanish (written or oral), and we translate them exactly as provided – maintaining literacy, grammar, and syntax level. We do not alter or interpret the meaning of your answers, and we do not provide legal advice.

We translate a wide range of official documents including:
-
